IB DP Geographers
A lesson looking at 'wicked problems' as they are mentioned in the IB DP Geography guide.
A resource I built recently for one of those, 'between end of year exams and the end of the year proper', type lessons for my Higher Level class. It looks to define wicked problems, look for them in the IB DP guide, look at one through the 5Ps (we add an extra P here in Geneva), and then look for articles in the Financial Times to explain complexity. I hope others find the idea/structure useful.

I have been working away in the background to rebuild this app, to ensure it continues to fulfil its function of curating podcasts for IB DP Geography students and educators. If you ever find a podcast that you feel would be a useful addition, please just let me know and I'll get it added (once I have had a listen).

Chirpty has been around for awhile but it was during the recent 2022 Geographical Association Conference that I was reminded of it.
Chirpty generates an image that displays the users you interact with the most on Twitter.
It would seem that users I interact with the most are → @DTW_Education,@gatwUpdates, @MattPodbury, @EcolintGeneva, @digitaltech_edu, @The_GA, @ft4s and @googleearth. There must be good reason for all those interactions 😉.
