Last week was a week off from the newsletter. This week is all about videos.
🌍 All Geographers
Exams are on the horizon, and conversations are turning to revision. 🔗 Ali Abdaal is a “YouTuber, Podcaster, ex-Doctor, and soon-to-be Author” with nearly four million YouTube subscribers. I use several of his videos when talking to my students about revision skills and active recall methods. 🔗 How to study for exams - Evidence-based revision tips [released in 2018] is a super useful classic and leads conversations towards using tools such as 🔗 Anki. Ali’s recent video 🔗 How to Stay Focused While Studying - Evidence-based Tips is another video that is worth sharing with your students.
