Rochers de Leschaux, July 2023
⚙ Operational notes
I hope you have had an excellent July and August. I have walked up some mountains, swum in the sea, lakes and pools, decorated, and travelled to Yorkshire, where I ate and drank far too much.
This new academic year, with a very likely ‘busy’ start, promises a range of exciting projects.

🧑🎓 IB DP Geographers
💻 IB DP Category 1 workshop - Online - 13 to 15 October 2023
Are you new to teaching IB DP Geography? Or do you have new colleagues who are about to start teaching IB DP Geography? I am leading an online Category 1 workshop in mid-October. Full details can be found 🔗 here. A little something to celebrate - this will be the 30th workshop I am leading for the IB.
🇫🇷 IB DP Category 2 workshop - Paris - 9 to 11 February 2024
Now this is super exciting! I will be leading my first post-pandemic face-to-face IB DP workshop in Paris. Working with a group of DP geography educators on this 🔗 IB Category 2 workshop will be so good. A rough guide is that Category 2 workshops are for educators who have completed at least one DP Geography teaching exam cycle.
